MD4x4 Pre-Trip Service
Planning a trip and want to ensure your vehicle will make it there and back no problems? Let MD4x4 give you piece of mind with a pre-trip service.
This thorough service includes:
- Engine and all drive line oil
- Removal of radiator for thorough cleaning
- Wheel bearings – repack and/or replacement
- All filters including secondary fuel filters
- Manifold and intercooler clean
- DPF clean if applicable
- Drive belt replacement with inspection of water pump and pulleys
- Swivel housing overhaul if required
- Clean or replace catch can filter
- Smoke leak test
- Thorough check of braking system including replacing brake fluid
- Balance and rotate wheels if required
- Grease of all suspension and drive line components
- Inspection of all suspension bushes
- Re-tension all bolts
- Airconditioning test and re-gas if required

This is designed to treat your vehicle after a long trip.
Service Includes:
